I was in a delema until i found this case I bought a new toshiba laptop with a 18.3 screen and needed a rolling case it would fit in it is a little snug but it fits fine. Great price for the case it is well built!

About 2 years ago, I purchased a Contour Overnight Notebook Roller from the now bankrupt COMP USA store in New York City, NY.
Shortly after my purchase (maybe a year) one of the two handles that are attached to the top of the Rollr broke - literally snapped in half - clearly a plastic defect - and two of the zippers also came detached. (I sent them photos to show) - Sometimes it happens... I continued to use the bag for a year with that issue... so it was not that huge of a problem - but I finally got around to getting it fixed under their LIFETIME WARRANTY...
So I contacted Kensington via a form on their website and asked Kensington how I could go about returning the Roller for repair under their Lifetime Warranty. WIthin a few minutes I received an automated response stating that they were on it and the next day, they replied:
Dear Clarke:
Thank you for contacting Kensington Technical Support.
We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with the Contour Overnight Notebook Roller (62903). In this regard, we are glad to inform you that we will go ahead and replace the bag at free of cost.
We are glad to inform you that we have placed an order for model #62903 which you will receive within 10-12 business days (Maximum time frame). Once you receive the replacement unit mark the old unit as defective and trash it.

I would definitely recommend this product that has served me VERY well for years, and that obviously will continue to do so with the backup of such a great company!

The item works okay, but the handle makes it almost impossible to carry an additional item with it. Cannot stack an additional bag on top of the roller bag. The overnoight section opens from the top rather than the side, which makes it harder for packing and unpacking.
It gets the job done, but is not as convenient or as user friendly as my older model bag did.

I am very frequent flier (30 flights a year). I have had this bag for more than a year and I am very impressed. Except for one small bad section of thread on an interior pocket and the fact that it doesn't support/balance another bag while piggy-backing it is really great. I could get the thread fixed under warranty but I can't stand to give up the bag for any amount of time.
It will not fit under any seat or in the overhead bin of a regional jet if you pack it the way I do! The handle looks and feels cheap but it works very well. No problems with zippers ever. Love it and will purchase another for sure!

This is an excellent combination case. It's so large that I was able to eliminate two additional bags when I travel. I don' really like the cheep wheels.
