Compact enough.Nov 18, 2009 Compact and well designed, worked as expected. There is some buzzing noise when the inverter is in use, but not noticable in daytime. The gauge on the compressor has a too-wide(for ordinary family cars) range from 0 to 250 psi. The LED flash light is not wired one and has small batteries inside, so not so bright as expected. The Power on switch has a lamp inside and the 4-level battery level indicator with LEDs, good for camping. Certainly not for heavy motorized tools. > Twenty holes with a hammer drill consumed a half of the battery.
TracyNov 12, 2009 I orderd this item thinking that I would be able to breifly run a power tool at fishing camp. I recieved the charger, charged it like the directions explain to do, when it was done charging I wanted to see how long the power would last. I plugged my Kirby sweeper into the charger and it ran for exactly one minute seven seconds (timed) then it would flicker power to the sweeper on, off, on, off, (as if I was turning on and off a light switch). This item is intended for powering a lamp, plug in flash light (something very light weight power)!! NOT for power tool, car jump, sweeper!!!

Bestest productOct 15, 2009 I had a problem in my car in the wiring so battery discharge everyday. Instead of fixing that i ordered this & guess what its a cheapest & best solution i got. This product is working very good. I jump start 5 to 6 time without charging still working good.

Little PowerhouseSep 30, 2009 Well thoughtout Powerpack. Very easy to use and every function labeled perfectly. Would recommend this versatile little powerhouse to anyone!!! Emergency peace of mind. Go for it. Well worth the price and the Duracell name to boot.

very weak, would jump start only 4 cylinder carsSep 16, 2009 I bought this product after reading all the good reviews but I did not notice that no one that reviewed the product has used it as a jump starter yet, all reviews talks about how fast it will recharge while driving and how nice the order process was or the use of the air compressior.
I had to use it to jump start my car once after 3 months of purchase and it seems not to have enough power to do so, however it works on jump starting a smaller car with 4 cylinders. I charged it fully and attempted to start multiple times with no luck.
I guess if you are looking for a real jump starter then do not count on this unit for emergencies.
