Aqua runnersFeb 22, 2009 The AquaRunners are great. It takes a bit of time to adjust to them because your feet tend to float up due to the increased buoyancy. After the first 15 minutes, it's really easy. They increase the resistance you encounter in the water and thus produce a better lower body workout. They are best when used in deep water. You're not suppose to walk on any kind of surface with them on-I haven't tried them in shallow water yet. My AquaJogger belt is more that 15 years old and is still in good shape despite frequent use. I expect the AquaRunners will last just as long. The price was the best I found and were delivered faster than if I had ordered them through a local sporting goods store at twice the price!

To TightSep 27, 2007 I own this product. The aqua runner is to tight and uncomfortable on my and my husband's feet. These are not easy to get on in the water. We will be returning these to Aqua jogger.

aquarunners Rx- purpleMay 07, 2007 This is not a toy. Used to create more drag in the water while you
are doing your aerobics. However, do not walk with them on concerete
or tile surfaces. They wear out. Take them off or on while sitting on
the pool side. They do create the drag for greater leg muscle use.
