Fine wrist rest but too shortNov 12, 2009 Fine wrist rest, not much choice available anymore. The pad should be 2 inches longer, since it doesn't allow for complete mouse mobility. Made for people with small hands. It's hard to fine ergonomic accessories that work.
Great for wrist, bad for optical mouse!Sep 08, 2009 I already have the Fellowes gel keyboard wrist rest and love it, so I thought I would love the matching mouse pad too. However, as other reviewers have noted, this mouse pad does not work well with optical mice. The cursor goes haywire! I tried 3 different optical mice, and each one had the same problem. I love the cushion the mouse pad gives my wrist however, so I put an old mouse pad over top of it so that I can still use the cushion and my optical mouse. If you have an optical mouse, I suggest you buy the mini gel rest (Fellowes Gel Flex Transparent Mini Wrist Rest (Blue Crystal)) instead, which is basically a wrist rest with no attached mouse pad, and use a separate optical mouse friendly pad with it.
Best mousepad I have EVER ownedSep 05, 2009 I have owned many different mouse pads, but this is the only one that I will ever buy again. In fact, I bring my own to all of my new jobs. The material of the wrist rest is very cool to the touch, so it soothes your wrist as you utilize the mouse. The tracking surface is easily cleaned, and my optical mouse tracks well. The bottom of the mouse pad is rubber, so there is no way that this pad will move from its spot unless you physically pick it up and move it. The only suggestion that I could make is for Fellowes to be more creative with colors: bright lime green, shocking pink, and black would be nice. I bought the bright purple which I enjoy, but most stores simply carry this royal blue.
LOVE IT!!!May 26, 2009 I have carpel tunnel syndrome and keeping my wrist elevated while using the mouse is essential to eliminate flare-ups of pain. This mouse pad does the trick flawlessly and let me tell you, this mouse-pad is non-skid. I mean this sucker does not MOVE. I LOVE IT!!!

Mouse goes crazy, pad unusableMay 19, 2009 The jell pad feels great but it is of no use because my mouse pointer is unstable.
I can't get the mouse pointer to stay still or to move in a straight line. I checked the cord, I restarted the computer, I checked the mouse for driver updates, I checked START, PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, SYSTEM TOOLS, SYSTEM INFORMATION, Problem devices and found no issues. I also ran MS Diagnostics. Nothing bad found.
I removed the mouse pad just so I could write this review. What good is this pad if it caused my pointer to go wild? Not happy.
