Cools the Cpu but very loud fanMar 20, 2009
When I got my package I installed the cooler right away it was suppose to replace a older model CPU Cooler the installation was very simple and the instruction were in the package. After finishing the installation I put everything back together booted it up with no problems but the only thing that i noticed right away was that fan was very loud I was wondering why it was so loud and the vibration of the computer was very noticeable you could put a penny on the top of the case and it would move around I thought I did something wrong so I took it apart again found out that the CPU fan housing is cheap plastic and the fan cover is plastic not like how it looks in the picture it was all black plastic. The vibration was coming from the fan housing seem like the fan is just vibrating the heck out of it and there is no way to tighten the housing from vibrating just bad design I don't think ill buy from Evercool again the products not very well made but it does move air only good side of the cooler
