Worked fine, but push and hold muteNov 09, 2009
My prior headset for years was GE. Bought this hoping it would be the same set up. Functioned fine, but was dissapointed that mute is a push button that you must hold down to stay muted. Prior model was an actual switch that worked better for me (I am on mute for most meetings). Yes, my phone also has a mute button, but find the switch on the headset easier to use. Everything thing else about this model was nice for an inexpensive set.
