It WorksNov 20, 2009 Not much to say here except it works. The included CD ended up being necessary on my Vista machine and that was the only real issue. It took me a few times to successfully install the drivers on the CD because Vista kept reporting that the install was corrupted. On the 3rd or 4th try the install ran and it works fine.
Works great on Windows XP Home paired with Nokia E71xNov 18, 2009 Had the Kensington Micro USB Adapter and lost it recently. It worked great too, but I ran across the Iogear model and installed it w/ the included Mini-CD. The installation was very smooth, with no problems. Used it to pair my Nokia E71x to my Asus eeePC 900, running Windows XP Home. Pairing was easy too, and I can sync my phone with the Nokia PC Suite. The range seems typical for units this size, probably close to the 30 feet that's to be expected with most Bluetooth adapters. For the price, size and the excellent functionality, I'd recommend this to anyone who needs to add Bluetooth to their computer/laptop.
Easy ... Eeebuntu eeepc 900HANov 12, 2009 I bought one of these locally and again I am thankful for linux. I read about all sorts of compatibility issues from the windows users but I can gladly say that it is truly plug and play with Eeebuntu 3.0.
Bluetooth reviewNov 06, 2009 This USB Bluetooth micro adapter is perfect. It is so small it hardly extends out from the side of my netbook (barely noticeable). When it is in the USB port I can put my netbook in the case without a problem. Installation was a breeze. The hardest part was opening the box that it came in. Great product, I highly recommend this to everyone.

Works... but not great.Nov 06, 2009 I think the problems with this product has to do with the Broadcom drivers and their compatibility with Windows 7. I'm using this device with Motorola S9 headphones. Frequently when connecting, my headphones connect in "mono" mode instead of A2DP. Also, all the bluetooth dongles that use Broadcom seem to deliver music at lower volumes than a bluetooth dongle I have that uses the Toshiba Bluetooth stack. I wouldn't have thought the transmitter makes a difference in volume on the receiving device... but it definitely does.
The good thing about this product is the low profile, so you can leave it plugged in all the time. I just with I could use another set of drivers with the device... or that Broadcom would updated and improve their drivers and software.
