 Worse than G1's batteryNov 12, 2009
What more can I say, I wanted to like it but it doesn't even last as long as the default G1 battery. I'm lucky to have it run 3/4 of a day.

My purely subjective results are that this battery delivers twice the standby time of the battery that comes with the G1. Instead of being down to 50% by noon, it's still at 80%. And after forgetting to plug it in overnight, I still had 20% power left in the morning.

I had the stock battery which lasted 5 hours at the most and god forbid I was running apps! I had my phone on the charger 3 or more times a day! The Seidio Extended Life Battery is GREAT... and I run apps all day and it will last me a good 10 hours... longer if I'm not messing with my phone all day, which I do.

I have a launch G1 with notoriously bad battery life. I purchased this battery hoping for a little extra juice. Unfortunately, it didn't work out that way.
The Seidio Extended Life Battery has a considerably higher capacity than the standard battery, almost 50%, but I saw no improvement in battery life over my year old stock battery. I may have just purchased a faulty unit, but I was disappointed in this product's performance.
Great replacement for the original batteryOct 08, 2009
After the original battery I received with the phone started dying overnight after 100% charge, and the fact I use it for my morning alarm, I knew I had to get a new battery. I looked at the OEM, and then this battery, as well as another that has a longer life but larger battery cover. I decided I would try this one out, because although I want longer than the original, I like the size of my phone as is. So far, in the two weeks I've had this battery in, the phone barely ever gets to half charge. I'm very happy with it. I saw in another review that the charge level on the phone does seem to jump, and I've seen that as well...but that's really the only issue I've seen. If I have any other issues I'll come back and comment later.
