 clip breaks way too easily and seidio won't stand behind itMar 02, 2010
Buy the case, but not the clip. Works great until it breaks, which it will, and Seidio doesn't care!

The case fits well and has a good texture. I have a plain velcro arm band that I can slip the belt clip onto. This setup works well while walking or moderate jogging.

I bought three expensive cases and this one BY FAR beats them all. COMPLETE security for your Iphone! I bought an OtterBox case and that was a COMPLETE JOKE! The first day I had it it fell out of the Holster and I had to return to work and search like a blood hound in the grass to find it! What a freaking Joke! Had to wear the holster inside my pocket with the clip facing out because the phone kept coming out of their GENERIC holster all the time. Its bulky and not something to trust your iphone to. I contacted OtterBox the first day I had their GARBAGE CASE and they didnt even have the professionalism to call me back...I even emailed the idiots! $50 for that GARBAGE???? Seidio cases ROCK! They have a spring loaded clip that COMPLETELY secures your phone in the holster and you can sling the H-LL out of it and it wont let the phone come out! NICE! They even put felt on the inner holster to protect it from holster marks! How thoughtful. Seidio cares that your phone is secure and isnt at risk of loss. Dont get me wrong...if your into bulkiness and searching for your phone all the time...Otterbox may be for you. NOT!!!!!!
This Seidio case again is the BOMB! LOVE IT!!!! Now I can go out and walk and my phone is ALWAYS their...thats something I could not AT ALL depend on with OtterBox Garbage! $300 for an Iphone and these clowns come up with that for protection?? AAAAHHHH.....I think I would go back to the drawing board! If your an OtterBox employee and you read this.....Your product sucks! You want to make it right? I'll remove this....I bought it new off Ebay and it aint the sellers fault your OTTERBOX DEFENDER product sucks...make a case with a spring loaded clip then you may have something...the package it came in would have made my phone more secure! Best case I could findJun 29, 2009
I read several reviews and decided on this case because it seemed to be reviewed the best. I just got the 3GS but I had the 1st generation iPhone for like 18 month. In that time frame I went through probably like 6-7 cases most of which I bought from the apple store on recommendations from the staff. However, I have not had anything or seen anyone else that had anything that compares to this case.
Things to keep in mind: I haven't had it too long so I don't know how well it will it will stand the test of time, but it feels pretty sturdy and I don't foresee any problems. Also, it is a little bit more expensive than other cases/ holsters. But on that note it is about on par with the price of things at the apple store. It seems to be worth the money though.
Positives: the whole blue case is cool, gray case is very nice. Fits the phone real nice, it leaves ample room for all of the functions of the phone. The bottom slides off so it can dock. Plus the whole for the apple is pretty cool too. The holster is really nice too. It holds the phone face in and the part that is up against the face is a soft felt. and the clip swivels so you can hook it to your belt on the side and then switch it to your pocket and put the clip straight up and down very easily.
All in all I say it is a good product.
