sandisk sansa clip 4gbNov 10, 2009 Awseome little mp3!!!! and for the price you can`t lose...I bought 3 of them and everyone is happy with them...I plan on buying a few more for gifts as well...thanks Amazon!!!
Small, sensitive.Nov 05, 2009 I purchased the sansa clip to use as a running radio. It is perfect for this application. It is small, has a firm clip, and the radio is easy to use and provides sensitive reception. (Previous reviewers had questioned the sensitivity of the radio but for me it worked fine in various locations.) My only complaint is the lack of information that came with the unit on how to use the radio feature. I had to go online and download the manual in order to even find the radio feature. I can't wait to use it in my next marathon.

Great, but doesn't last longNov 05, 2009 This would've been a great mp3 player with ease of syncing mp3s to the device, but it simply doesn't last long. It was pretty user friendly working in coordination with the Windows Media Player. Sound quality was excellent. The only real complaint I have is the battery. The battery was fine for 6 months, but it just unexpectedly refused to charge then died altogether. Sandisk needs to improve upon the battery issue as it seems pervasive to their entire line of mp3 players. Otherwise, it would be a great and cheap mp3 player.
Great for working outOct 24, 2009 This is the perfect MP3 player for exercise enthusiasts -- it's tiny, has the clip to put on your shorts so you don't need pockets, and plenty of memory space.
It rates songs!Oct 22, 2009 I'll just make two points that I don't see in these reviews. 1. Though I like the looks of the silver flush finish, it sure looks to be a smudge and scratch magnet! Definitely looks sleek but I'm guessing it'll look pretty rough after much use relative to one of the color ones with more of a matte finish. I will confirm or deny this hunch after a few months of using it.
2. It can rate songs!!! I don't recall seeing that feature listed anywhere so I feel I need to say it for the apparent minority of us mp3 listeners who like to rate their songs on the go.
I will have to get back to you on whether it SYNCS those song ratings back to your pc library reliably though. I'm saying this because I have a 32gb Creative Zen that I love as my main player. Only it won't reliably sync back song ratings to my pc library. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won't and syncing in general with it is way too glitchy. I've wasted many hours of my life researching and testing WHY I can't get it to work right and have good reason to believe its the Zen, not Windows Media Player that's the problem. I'm hoping this one does better and if so is going to cause my Zen to be put on ebay and I'll get a higher-capacity Sandisk unit as my main player!
