Bought as a replacement for another 520 I lost. I prefer this shape and design for comfort, and it works great around the house from room to room away from the phone. I definitely recommend this product.

This is my second Voyager 520. I lost the last one after around 9 months. I figured there might be better products like this for 3 to 4 times the money but that it was very reliable and functional for me. So I purchased the 520 again until the next generation of bluetooth becomes more affordable.

I purchased this headset to replace my previous Plantronics Bluetooth device. My prior device failed to properly communicate with my phone. This device is a vast improvement. No problems communicating, good sound quality and ease of use. Also comfortable to wear. I shopped around at some of the larger chain stores and found the price on Amazon to be less than those chain stores, even when the product in those stores was advertised on sale. The item arrived in 2 days in great condition.

No earbud size options so unless you have a huge ear, the bud is far too big (so bluetooth keeps falling out of my ear...)
Reception is poor on the user end (voices are fuzzy and difficult to discern, even when I hold the bluetooth to my ear to compensate for the too large earbud)
Had difficulty pairing it to my phone - took numerous attempts before pairing was finally complete

I previously owed one but broke the volume button. Its the only one that fits in my tiny ear canal and I have tried alot. It is also the only one that I found that can work with two phones at one time - Great feature. I have my personal phone and the office phone and love the fact that I do not have to switch between ear buds to answer a call from either. I can answer a call from both phones at once, it is great.
