Not bad but not greatMar 14, 2010
Product connected easy but sound quality is not good it is obvious she is not on the handset. And my wife has to almost yell to be heard at times.

I am dissapointed with the product for the following reason. The back plastic cover for the battery compartment is defective. It does not seat properly and I have been forced to use a piece of tape to hold the battery in place. I elected to not return the item because I destroyed the packaging when I opened it and did not want to go thru the trouble of relacing it. I will use the product a is.

I read all the reviews before I purchased this unit, so I knew that it might not work with all phones but it does work with our Motorola flip phone. I researched the Wegan website for a list of equipment it works with and could find nothing. A list of compatible equipment is not listed in the manual either. The unit is not user friendly and you must have the manual in order to set it up. If you follow the directions in the manual it works great. It seems to hold a charge well - the manual indicates 600 hours and it turns off when not in use. So that means you have to turn it on to use it. I don't think this is a problem at all. My husband loves it.

This is the 4th bluetooth device I've tried in my car. I can't say its any better, but not any worse than the others.
you can stumble through a conversation, but it was my experience that after three or four "huh's or could you repeat that's" that I would give up and revert to my handset to complete the converasation. Very frustrating...hopefully the technology will soon catch up to the law and give us a reliable option for talking on the road.

I bought this for use in my truck. It paired easily with my LG, and uploaded the contact list without a problem. I haven't had to recharge it in 4 weeks but I don't use it a whole lot. I got one for my dad and he also likes it. It picks up our voices well with only an occasional echo. My brother got one for his wife upon my recommendation and it wouldn't pick up her voice very well at all, yet it did my brothers voice - ie. it picks up a mans voice just fine but questionable for the higher pitched woman's voice. Overall, I am happy with it but it is nowhere near the quality of the integrated bluetooth phone through the car stereo that I have in my BMW. So, I would recommend to you the BMW first and the Wagan second!!
